RR106N is for vehicles with a negative ground 6 volt electrical system. (See Brew City Engineering FAQ page to determine your vehicle's electrical system.)The revolutionary new RediRad AM radio adapter plays portable FM, CD, MP3, cassette or even satellite radio through your classic cars original radio. Finally, there is a music player adapter that works seamlessly on the AM band using the radio from virtually any pre-1985 car or truck. The RediRad will work on any AM or AM/FM radio with the analog "slide-rule" tuner face. It works with any media player that has a standard headphone jack including: MP3, CD, Cassette, Satellite Radio, DVD (audio only), laptop computer (audio only), Cell Phones, or a simply an FM Radio.
The RediRadTM installs easily with only four simple steps:
1. Connect power and ground wires to vehicle power and vehicle ground, respectively.
2. Unplug the vehicles antenna cable from the radio and plug it into your RediRadTM.
3. Plug the male coaxial RediRadTM cable into your radio.
4. Insert the audio cable (1/8 male plug) into your portable players headphone socket.
